New Cell-Loc Board Sacks its Chief Executive

Canadian location based services provider, Cell-Loc Location Technologies has announced that its new board of directors has sacked its President and CEO, Mr. Sheldon Reid. The company has appointed Mr. Keith Bohn to act as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The underwent a change of board following a shareholder revolt last month following ongoing trading problems. The shareholder revolt replaced the board, and brought back the company's founder, Michel Fattouche.

In May, the company was forced into a reorganisation of its Brazilian-based operations and into a share placement agreement with Bravia Capital, which was later nominated to the board of directors.
